Rosana is the Director of HR and Risk Management at Palette Hotels. Previously, she served as Portfolio General Manager at Kasa, overseeing the financials and operations of more than 200 professionally managed apartments and hotel rooms across 10+ states. Before that, she was Director of Community at Starcity, a pioneering co-living real estate concept later acquired by Common.

Her hospitality career began in Miami’s iconic South Beach, where she advanced into marketing leadership roles at marquee properties such as W South Beach, Mondrian, and Shelborne. Her journey later took her to Barcelona, Spain, where she gained valuable multicultural experience working for a leading luxury publication. Rosana is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.

Outside of her professional life, Rosana has spent the past two years learning to surf—a passion that has deepened her connection to the ocean and inspired her to travel the globe in search of waves. From Portugal to Indonesia, she has built lasting friendships with incredible female surf crews along the way. She holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Studies in Law from USC Gould School of Law. When she’s not on the water, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and exploring new destinations with family and friends.
